    Hello, Can you please let us know which backup system are you using and what is your backup configuration? Have you setup the Remote FTP backup on your server ?

    Hi, i'm using the cpanel option of backup. the configuration is the default and it is setup to send to a dropbox.

    No, it is not a FTP server. it is configured to a dropbox account. And the test connection checks that is fine the destination.

    There is no native support for a DropBox destination. Could you post a screenshot so we can see what you are entering when backing up the account? Thank you.
