    To clarify, the issue you are experiencing is in relation to an incomplete backup generation? If so, please review the backup logs in: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/ Review the logs for the date of generation where an incomplete backup generation occurred. Do you notice any specific errors related to the account? Thank you.

    I don't see any error messages with that backup generation. Do you notice missing files or directories when you manually extract that backup archive? Thank you.

    It's normal see compression of the archive. Were you able to extract it to determine if it extracts to the correct size or if files were missing? Thank you.

    To update, it was determined that a third-party application (LFD) was killing the pkgacct process, resulting in incomplete backup generations. Thank you.
