Internal Server Error when accessing webmail account
Hello. I am having an issue accessing/viewing a mailbox using webmail. When I log into the webmail account it has 500,000+ emails but will not show the email messages only the total count of emails and is still within the quota plus I have tried extending the quota just to see if it would help... Is there a cPanel script I can run to fix this???

Hello :) Which webmail application are you using to access the mail? You should be able to review the error log for the specific webmail application to determine why it's failing to load. EX: /var/cpanel/roundcube/log/ Thank you. 0
