our server every time blocking ip to login to our website? and also we are not able to open websites

We have a dedicated vps from goddady.com but when i am trying to configure certain emails and trying to login to ftp then after a certain time we are not able to open our websites and not able to login to whm and ftp as well showing that whm and ftp logins are invalid also the mail is not working at that time. may be they are blocking our ip or isp, but we do not need that type of restrictions so is any one know that how do we remove these restrictions because we do not want these type of restrictions. please guide us step by step that how do we need to change in our whm or in server to remove these restrictions.
