svn authorization failed errors

I have received the following error after enabled svn for the particular user. rvsubversion/config/users, rvsubversion/trac/.htpasswds/passwd configured properly. What I missed ? subversion/svnserve/serve.c:420: (apr_err=170001) svn: Authorization failed
