Login Refusing

Hi All I am trying to log into my email but it gives me this "A network error occurred while sending your login request. Please try again. If this condition persists, contact your network service provider." It all started a few weeks ago. I use to log in perfectly same laptop. Any help?

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on what method you are using to access your email? Are you using a domain name that resolves to the correct IP address as your mail server name? Have you consulted with your web hosting provider about this issue? Thank you.
