Partial Backups > Home Directory > "disabled, use full instead"?

Hi, in the cPanel Backups page, when i scroll down to Partial Backups and click the button for Home Directory underneath 'Download a Home Directory Backup', it errors: +++ The home directory backup is disabled through HTTP port. Use Full Backup instead. +++ I've scanned through [url=http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/WHMDocs/BackupConfiguration]Backup Configuration and don't see how to make that error go away. Help please, would be much obliged. NOTE: the other partial backups like databases and email forwarders do allow me to download them.

  Hello :) Have you tried accessing cPanel directly over port 2083 to see if you experience the same error message? Note: Please ensure you attach images directly instead of linking to external image hosting websites. Thank you.

  (sorry about the image; i couldn't find a way to attach it; only saw the URL source option.) Thanks, yes that did it. It works over port 2083 but not over 443.
