cPanel wont update. Loops back to the old version both from WHM & command line

    Hello :) Please check the following option in Web Host Manager: "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Update Preferences" Which release tier is your server configured to? Thank you.

    Hello, Thanks for follow up. Current version is WHM 11.38.0 (build 19) And WHM Home " Server Configuration " Update Preferences is set to "STABLE" 11.40.1.9. Thanks.

    Hello, To upgrade from 11.38 to 11.40 release tier, mysql 5.1 or higher should be installed on the server. I guess you might be getting such warning in WHM. Please check it out. Thanks,
