Unable to access script using IP and username

Hi I have WHM/cPanel v 11.40.9 Installed in my centos server. Earlier i was able to access my accounts using ipaddress/~username but suddenly today i was getting 404 not found error. i have not changed any settings,even i have enabled mod_userdir Protection but still i am not able to access it using IP address. Disabling mod_userdir Protection is also not working out. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks

  Hello :) Did you make any changes before noticing this new behavior? If not, you may want to try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via: /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
  Also, you mentioned enabling mod_userdir protection. Do you mean that you disabled the protection? Thank you.

  Hi I just installed SOAP in my server using easy apache after that its happening. Regarding mod_userdir protection i disabled it and tried but nothing worked out and then enabled it and tried n got same same result. following is my apache detail Apache/2.4.7 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at IP Port 80 After running the script i got following output and the problem is still dere root@vps4329 [/usr/local/apache/conf]# /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf info [rebuildhttpdconf] Missing owner for domain vps4329.domain.com, force lookup to root
