CallUploadScript not working pure-ftp

Hello Guys, I am trying to enable CallUploadScript in pure-ftp. After enabling this I am unable to start ftp service.   Hello :) Could you check to see if "pure-uploadscript" is running on your system? The "CallUploadScript" option may not work if "pure-uploadscript" is not running. You can start this service with a command such as: /usr/sbin/pure-uploadscript -B -r /etc/pure-ftpd.conf
  To note, you will need to modify your system to ensure that "/usr/sbin/pure-uploadscript" runs when the server boots or when FTP is restarted. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you.
