SSL Setup Problem

Hi i am trying to setup ssl but i am getting this error i dont know why? The certificate could not be installed on the domain "blablalbla.com". error Syntax error on line 2122 of [Test Configuration File]: ModSecurity: Found another rule with the same id

  Hello :) What method are you using to install the SSL certificate? Do you have root access to this server to review the Apache configuration file? If not, please report this error message to your web hosting provider so they can investigate the cause. Thank you.
