problema con acceso a sitio web a través de IP

Buenas noches Antes mis clientes pod"a acceder a su sitio a trav"s de /http://numero_de_ip/~cuenta_de_usuario Pero ahora ya no pueden ingresar, el server muestra 404 Not Found The server can not find the requested page: Saben a que puede deberse?? Esta modo de ingreso lo necesito para que algunos clientes prueben el servicio hasta que decidan comprar el hosting. Gracias anticipadas.
