Emails sent to mailman are disappearing - not delivered, not archived either
Emails to my mailman mailing lists are not being delivered; there are no delivery error emails; they are not in the mailman archives. It looks like they are reaching the server but not mailman.
My website was moved to a new server recently, before this took place the mailing lists were working fine, although I did not use them for a few days before or after the move, so the timing might be coincidental.
I looked through /var/log/exim_mainlog and found the records relating to one of my emails. I changed the IP address to [128.2.n.m] and also changed my email and website but kept them in the original form.
Does this look normal?
Thanks for your help.

You should enable exim extended logging. It will generate detailed report in the exim logs. After that you can try again and check the logs. WHM > Service Configuration > Exim Configuration Editor > Switch to Advanced Mode. Add this "log_selector = +all" without quotes and save it. 0 -
Hello :) The logs you provided show the MailScanner application is enabled on your system. While it's not necessarily the cause of the problem, it's a good idea to temporarily disable MailScanner and see if the issue persists. I have seen a few cases where it interferes with the delivery of email. Thank you. 0 -
Fixed! It was indeed something to do with mailscanner. I don't know the details but when its problem was corrected, all the emails reappeared, it had been hoarding them. Thank you for your help. :) 0 -
