Emails sent to mailman are disappearing - not delivered, not archived either

    You should enable exim extended logging. It will generate detailed report in the exim logs. After that you can try again and check the logs. WHM > Service Configuration > Exim Configuration Editor > Switch to Advanced Mode. Add this "log_selector = +all" without quotes and save it.

    Hello :) The logs you provided show the MailScanner application is enabled on your system. While it's not necessarily the cause of the problem, it's a good idea to temporarily disable MailScanner and see if the issue persists. I have seen a few cases where it interferes with the delivery of email. Thank you.

    Fixed! It was indeed something to do with mailscanner. I don't know the details but when its problem was corrected, all the emails reappeared, it had been hoarding them. Thank you for your help. :)
