  Hello :) Is this a new installation of the script, or has it previously operated without issue? Check to make sure that database user is granted access to the database under the "MySQL Databases" option in cPanel. Thank you.

  My website previously operated without issue, after i move my website to new hosts and update to new domain host server this problem appear. There is no problem with my email but my website cann't be access. I ceck the my "MySQL Database" there's no problem with my database Thank you

  You mentioned there is no problem with your database. Did you check to make sure the database username was added to the database? Also, did you verify the database username/password match what's used in your script? Thank you.
