  Hello :) Could you try removing this specific mirror to rule it out as the cause of the problem? You can do this by running the following command: sed -i '/216.12.197.42/d' /root/.HttpRequest/httpupdate.cpanel.net
  Then, run another cPanel update to see if it completes successfully. Thank you.
