Account Level Filtering `From` filter not working correctly?

    Hello :) Could you try using "Does Not Match" instead of "Does Not Contain" in the "FROM" field for this filter and let us know if you experience the same results? Thank you.

    Already tried that, yet with no success. (Sidenote: got the version wrong in my first post, it should read "11.40.1 build 9")

    To update, this issue was not reproducible on a test machine. We were unable to obtain root access to the customer's server in order to reproduce it from their own system. Thank you.
