No main domain located in Apache configuration. Vhost will never update the account's IP

Old IP was 192.186.xxx.xxx New IP is 192.186.xxx.xxx The problem is, /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf does not work, no matter what I try. Running /usr/local/cpanel/bin/setsiteip piqture 192.186.xxx.xxx /* OUTPUT: */ domain.com is already using ip 192.186.xxx.xxx
--even though WHM is still showing the account record's IP as missing. ls /var/cpanel/userdata/piqture /* no domain is there */ /usr/local/cpanel/bin/userdata_update /* OUTPUT: */ Skipping cPanel user piqture. No main domain located in Apache configuration.
/scripts/killdns ssognet.org scripts/adddns --domain domain.com --ip 192.186.xxx.xxx /* still no domain in /var/cpanel/userdata/piqture */
