Server is down after red5 installation

Hello, I am having an issue with my server that I installed java and red5 latest version on my server. When I finished my installation my server went down. I have rebooted it from remote reboot but still I am unable to access server through putty or whm. Can anybody please help me that how can I get access to my server without losing data.?? Thanks

  It is solved, My IP was blocked by firewall I don't know why. I changed the IP and I am able to login my server. :)
