    Hello :) Have you tried clearing the browser and DNS cache on your machine? If so, check to see if the IP address the domain name resolves to from your computer is the same IP address that is assigned to the account in Web Host Manager. Thank you.

    Hello Michael Thank you very much for your answer. yes, I've deleted the cache still have the same problem. my domain is pointing to the dns suggesting the VPS. I've not used is "Perform a DNS Cleanup" ... I have fear of losing my information active sites. check my DNS and is not any apparent problem. thank you very much for your time. daniel

    To update, it looks like a NAT environment was configured by mistake. The following file is removable to disable NAT: /var/cpanel/cpnat
