Installing TrustWave SSL Fails: The system failed to find an owner for the domain

Hi, We are a VPS provider and have many customers using cPanel. One of our clients has purchased and installed a TrustWave certificate to the server, however, when he tries to install it he receives: The system failed to find an owner for the domain "xxxxxxx.com.au". I can reproduce this by: Logging into WHM Go to "Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain" Click "Browse Certificates" Select their user "xxxxxx" Select the trustwave certificate It loads the certificate details Click 'Install' The error reads: The system failed to find an owner for the domain "xxxxxxx.com.au". I'm not sure how to fix this for my client. I've also tried installing through cPanel (instead of WHM) but the same error occurs. Thanks, Will Kruss

  I would get the certificate details and instead of automatically loading the information. Put it in manually.

  Hello :) Check to make sure that domain name is created as an account, or added to an existing account. If it is, see if you can determine the account owner with the following command: /scripts/whoowns $domain
