    Re: Connection Problems Your traceroute is not making it out of the network that hosts your workstation. The last hop is 10.242.92.1, which is a private internal IP address, not a public IP address (everything that starts with 10. is reserved for internal use on private networks), so the traceroute ends before it hits the public Internet. You need to consult the documentation of your modem or router, or ask your local network's administrator for help with this. From your traceroute output, this does not appear to have anything to do with the server itself or with cPanel.
