The system failed to find an owner for the domain

I am trying to install a SSL cert on my primary domain i have with cPanel. I do have it installed for the whm etc.. But when i try to install it for the webpage i am getting this error The system failed to find an owner for the domain

  Hello :) Could you verify that your server's hostname is not added as it's own account or as a parked/addon domain name to an existing account? Also, check for any error messages when running: /scripts/updateuserdomains
