A few questions... 1. Can you get to the backup panel in your current cPanel server? 2. Have you already found a new service provider that also offers cPanel? Here are the direction to create a backup if the answer to question #1 is YES: [url=http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/CpanelDocs/BackupWizard]Backup Wizard If your question to #2 is also YES, then you can download your backup file and re-upload it to your new provider. If either answer is no, then simply ask your new provider to "make it happen"... We do this for a lot of our new clients, especially from other non-cPanel providers...

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have access to the Backup panel of cPanel, and yes, the next host will have cPanel too. I readed the article which you sent to me and I saw this: "You cannot use a full backup to restore your site via the cPanel interface. The file must be downloaded and decompressed prior to restoration. Once the file has been decompressed, you will be able to upload and restore individual pieces of your website contained within the full backup." I don't understand it very well, so how I will need to restore the backup on the new server? Thank you

Contact your new host and let them know "I have a full cPanel backup file and I want you to restore that to my cpanel account... Where do you want me to upload it to?" They should give you a place to upload it and replace your current cPanel account... again, this is a routine thing that we do often.

Hello :) I suggest consulting with your new provider to see how they recommend transferring your account. They can either manually restore the cPanel backup archive that you generate, or copy the account directly from the source server. Thank you.
