how change url of cpanel page

Some thing is wrong in my whm settings are my websites cpanel url is lead to a page which is not accessible. here is my website domain.tld:2083 it leads to

  WHM >> Tweak Settings >> "Redirection" tab >> change the "SSL redirect destination" and other settings.

  Hello :) You can modify the redirection settings under the "Redirection" tab in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings". Also, make sure the correct hostname is used for the service certificates in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Manage Service SSL Certificates". Thank you.
