    Hello :) That indicates an active scan of their account for viruses with "clamscan". You can kill this process if you want to stop the scan and free up the resources. Thank you.

    Have you checked with the client to determine if they are initiating a scan? You can prevent them from using this feature by assigning their account's package a feature list with "Virus Scanner" option disabled. Thank you.
