clamd high cpu usage

Hello, I have a problem with clamav; When I ran the top command : root 0:02.59 /usr/local/bin/clamscan --no-summary /home/logement/public_html/file Cpu usage is more than 98%. any ideas? Logement is our client and the only on the server having this problem.

  Hello :) That indicates an active scan of their account for viruses with "clamscan". You can kill this process if you want to stop the scan and free up the resources. Thank you.

  Hello, Despite i kill the process, it is regenerated, for the same client any ideas?

  Have you checked with the client to determine if they are initiating a scan? You can prevent them from using this feature by assigning their account's package a feature list with "Virus Scanner" option disabled. Thank you.
