E-mail continuity

Hi, I have a client's web site under development. It is set up as a sub-domain in WHM: "clientname.myserver.net". Once the site is finished, I will change the primary domain for the account from the sub domain to the client's own domain name. What I need to know is this: if I set up e-mail addresses in the current cPanel for this account, will they automatically become e-mail addresses at the client's domain name when I amend the primary domain? In other words, will "example@clientname.myserver.net" become "example@cleintdomainname.org.uk" or will I have to wait until the domain name is pointing to my server to set up the e-mail addresses?   Hello :) Yes, the domain name associated with the email accounts is automatically updated when you use the "Modify an Account" option in WHM. Thank you.
