please help, can't sending email from yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: xxx@ymail.com SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM: SIZE=386135: host mta6.am0.yahoodns.net [66.196.118.33]: 553 5.7.1 [BL21] Connections will not be accepted from 162.248.xx.xx, because the ip is in Spamhaus's list; see http://postmaster.yahoo.com/550-bl23.html"
please help fix this my problem, thanks :)

  Hello, Please read bounce back message carefully: 162.248.xx.xx, because the ip is in Spamhaus's list; see http://postmaster.yahoo.com/550-bl23.html". This is the reason. Please check spammer on the server and send delist request to yahoo. Thanks,
