Deny FTP access, but permit FTPS access, but just for one domain?

Is it possible to deny regular, normal unencrypted FTP access to a single domain on the server, while allowing FTPS? Also if it helps, this hosted account/domain on the server does have a dedicated IP.

  Hello :) You can require encryption globally for FTP via "WHM Home " Service Configuration " FTP Server Configuration", however there are no features that allow you to configure this on a per-domain basis.
