E-mails going to spam box
E-mails are going to the spam box on several providers. Including Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo.
I've already searched this entire forum for a solution and done everything there possibly is to do. So to spare everyone time with giving answers I've already tried:
1. No, none of the IP-addresses are on any blacklists. I've checked via [url=http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx]Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted and several other sites.
2. Yes I have set up SPF and DKIM. See:

It even verifies in e-mail headers:
[QUOTE]Authentication-Results: mx.google.com;
spf=pass (google.com: domain of [COLOR="#FF0000">REMOVED FOR PRIVACY designates [COLOR="#FF0000">REMOVED FOR PRIVACY as permitted sender) smtp.mail=[COLOR="#FF0000">REMOVED FOR PRIVACY;
dkim=pass header.i=@[COLOR="#FF0000">REMOVED FOR PRIVACY
3. Yes, RDNS has been setup. I've verified it with the host and checked it myself on a reverse lookup here [url=http://mxtoolbox.com/ReverseLookup.aspx]Reverse IP Lookup - MxToolbox

[QUOTE]Nameserver records returned by the parent servers are: noah.ns.cloudflare.com. ['[COLOR="#FF0000">REMOVED FOR PRIVACY"> [TTL=172800] ivy.ns.cloudflare.com. ['[COLOR="#FF0000">REMOVED FOR PRIVACY"> [TTL=172800] l.gtld-servers.net was kind enough to give us that information.

What do you mean? I have a VPS with WHM/cPanel where I host my website. What else would you like to now?0 -

Yes? That's part of an e-mail header. What about it?0 -
Hello :) It's difficult to pinpoint any specific reason that your email is placed in the "SPAM" labels by remote email servers such as Google or Yahoo. Each of these providers utilize their own custom rules that are not always made publicly available. Most of these providers allow you to contact them for more information or to dispute their practice. For example, with Google: 0 -
A very weird discovery. If I restart the mail server (exim) via WHM then e-mails don't go to spam boxes for a bit (a few minutes) but after that they start going to spam boxes again. I really don't understand what's going on. 0 -

It's the remote mail servers that are placing your emails in their "SPAM" folders. Have you checked the sender guidelines from a mail provider such as Google to make sure you meet their requirements? EX:0
