Hello :) cPanel recommends 16G for the /usr partition if you are using an advanced partition scheme. However, note that ideally, you should use a single partition (/) or two partitions if you prefer to use swap, and have the "/" partition grow to fill disk. It's documented here: [url=http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/InstallationGuide/ConfiguringOs#Recommended]Step 5: Configure Your Operating System I suggest migrating the accounts or backing them up and restoring them after installing the OS, configuring the partitions again, and reinstalling cPanel. This will help you to avoid this problem in the future. Beyond that, you may want to review the disk usage reported by "du -sh" compared to what you see when using "df -h". The output you posted shows a few GB difference. Thank you.

Thank you for your suggestions. Its a bit late now to be doing a full reinstall, it isn't really a viable option, that would require an extra server and possibly some down time too. Moving something to give me an extra few hundred meg will have to be the best option for now.
