The problem occurs only on some of our vServer/Dedserver.
Source is unknown.
How can I fix that md5 problem.

We had the same problem, fixed it like this: Open the latest update log in /var/cpanel/updatelogs/ In that file see the last line (before the error) like: "Using mirror '94.75.231.77' for host 'httpupdate.cpanel.net'." That IP address can be different. Then open file /root/.HttpRequest/httpupdate.cpanel.net in that file remove the line where is that IP, save the file and run upcp again. 0 -
