backup not uploading to ftp

Hi, I am trying to use the cpanel backup to upload the backups to ftp. I've added the FTP transport/destination, enabled it and validated it. There were no errors. When I run: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup --force and check the logs I can see absolutely no errors there. After the backup is finished nothing is uploaded to ftp and if I check WHM the remote FTP transport/destination I added is now listed as disabled. If I enable and validate it again via WHM and re-force the backup it gets disabled again. Am I doing something wrong? Please advise

    Do you see any particular error messages regarding the FTP transfer? Thank you.

    although I can't see any mentioning of FTP upload attempts inside the main backup log file. Please advise

    Could you try uploading a backup archive from the cPanel server to the remote server via FTP to verify it works manually? Thank you.

    Tbh, I'm getting the same problems. Both SCP and FTP, so something is amiss here. Is there any way of triggering the "copy to remote" process without having to backup all the accounts again using force. cPanel Backup Transporter Queue Daemon started There's a daemon, how do I trigger it to recopy? David
