MySQL Setup issues

Dear readers. Today I started using Cpanel again after a very long time and I can see that a few things have changed. Here is the issue, I have a new VPS with WHM installed on it. Apparently it is a brand new version and I can't find anything in it. Could somebody please explain me how to setup an database? I don't want to be forced to do this trough SSH every time.   You create user databases from within the users cPanel, not from WHM. More here: MySQL" Databases - cPanel Documentation
