GlobalSign OneClickSSL not working

I'm attempting to install for the first time on our 11.40.1 server. When I click on the "GlobalSign OneClickSSL Certificates" in WHM, it briefly says "Updating GlobalSign OneClick SSL ... please stand by", then almost immediately says "Update complete. Return to OneClickSSL configuration". When I click the "Return to..." link, the process repeats itself. I've seen a few posts on here mentioning that OneClickSSL stopped behaving after a recent cPanel update. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions? Everything else on the server appears to be functioning normally.

  Hello :) OneClickSSL is a third-party plugin that is not developed by cPanel. I recommend reporting this problem to their support team so they can resolve the issue or identify it as a bug with their product. Thank you.
