Easy ways to download /backup files to PC ?

Hello I have backup files (WHM) in /backup folder --> there are 100 websites on here I want to ask : how easy ways to download this /backup files to my PC in my home? Thank you

  Hello, If you have root access of your server, You can download your all files through SFTP using root login details.

  Hello :) You can download these files through SFTP as "root". If you use Windows on your home computer, then an application such as FileZilla might be useful for SFTP activity. Thank you.

  Hello :D You can also mount a FTP account from your own PC using Filezilla FTP Server to a directory on the servers (eg. /mnt/pcbackup). And schedule a cronjob to copy all /backup contents to /mnt/pcbackup. This can be easily be done with curlftpfs.
