How to check MD5 Hash of a file through File Manager?

I'm uploading an entire compressed website, is there any way to check the MD5 of the file on the server?

  Hello :) It's not possible to determine the MD5 hash through File Manager. You can check this via the command line. EX: md5sum /path/to/file
