Hello :) Check to make sure that domain.za.org is in the /etc/remotedomains file on HostB if it's email is still handled on the HostB server. You can ensure it remains in the /etc/remotedomains file by using "WHM Home " DNS Functions " Edit DNS Zone" on HostB and updating the email routing for domain.za.org to "Remote Mail Exchanger". Thank you.

Thanks for the reply. How would I do this in CPanel, as I am not using WHM. And inside of /etc/ there is only a domain folder called domain.co.za, with a few other files inside. not sure if i need to edit any of them?

You will need to access the "Edit a DNS Zone" option in Web Host Manager or access SSH as "root". Please relay the information from my previous response to your web hosting provider if you do not have access to either of those options. Thank you.
