    it says in WHM Mail Routing Error has now dissappeared after executing some cpanel scripts adn restarting services but still roundcube, squirrel mail and horde issue as the beginning

    Hello :) Is this happening for multiple email accounts/domain names, or is it isolated to the one you reported? Are there any entries in /var/log/maillog during the login failures? Thank you.

    Hello, Are you able to check email using telnet? If not, then the problem is most likely with Dovecot or Courier-IMAP (depending on what you are using).
