  Hello, What error are you getting? May be your ISP IP is blacklisted in CSF (Firewall) OR cPanel cphulk database.

  Hello :) It's possible that your IP address or the usernames you are using were blocked by cPHulk brute force detection. Try refraining from logging in and then test again after the lockout period you have configured (e.g. 10 minutes). Check to see if "root" access via SSH is available if you are still locked out.
