Hi 24x7server , Thankyou for your reply. Normally I track the email using Email-> Mail Delivery Reports. I have did the research what your mean about the "mail logs file". It must key /var/log/exim_mainlog script for find "mail logs file" but I really don't know where the menu to type the script. Can you give me idea. Thanks. 0 -
Hello :) Try searching /var/log/exim_mainlog for an email address that you could not send out email to. EX: exigrep user@remote-domain /var/log/exim_mainlog

I already solved this problem. I has open ticket to ask the hosting. They said because this ip have spammer before so their need to block my maill. Now I already fixed the spammer so they will help me to unblock. Thankyou for cPanelMichael and 24x7server give me idea.v:) 0 -
