CloudLinux is basically CentOS with a different kernel and some additional utilities. Installing CloudLinux will make more options and features available to you, but it will not affect your existing Apache httpd and PHP installations. Simply installing CloudLinux should not cause down time.

I apologize, but I do not understand your question. I strongly recommend that you read the CloudLinux documentation. It explains in detail how to install CloudLinux:

If you don't understand even after reading the CL documentation, I would highly suggest perhaps hiring a server admin to handle this for you. The topic is too broad to be able to address in a forum setting.

    run
# wget http://repo.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux/sources/cln/cldeploy # sh cldeploy -i # reboot # yum install cagefs # /usr/sbin/cagefsctl --init # mkdir /home/cagefs-skeleton # ln -s /home/cagefs-skeleton /usr/share/cagefs-skeleton
it will not change your current settings it will only install CL & CageFS as others have said if you are uncomfortable managing your server you need to hire a professional
