BoxTrapper queue question

I run a cron once a day that emails the latest box trapped emails over the previous 24 hours to the email accounts (basically to tell they have box trapped emails). The following URL works fine if they access the daily email via a pc. /https://example.com:2096/cpsess9304200820/webmail/x3/mail/msgaction.html?account=user@example.com&q=STRING-FOR-BOXTRAPPER.msg&t=&action=deliverall,whitelist
But if they visit that link on a mobile device it doesn't work it says: [QUOTE]BoxTrapper queue for user@example.com. The requested action has been completed: No messages found to deliver.
It seems the mobile detection seems to screw things up? Is there a friendly url for both mobile and pc?

  To update, the issue was not reproducible. It was determined to be an issue with the local machine of the user. Thank you.
