google not able to access my website with https?

hello all, i have a website /https://www.domain.com but Google only able to access home page, but these inner pages /https://www.domain.com/travel-agents-honeymoon-tours Google are not able to crawl. i have ssl with this website. may be there are two redirect or anything else? please tell that what is the problem. and inner pages urls are having cross on https but home page url /https://www. is clean. when i am changing site ip to dedicated ip then it is showing ssl error what is the problem. please guys suggest me what should i do?
