Exim: Suspend a Mail domain and its "Default email account"

Hello there We have many users on our server and sometimes when a user is hiJacked we will experience high amount of SPAMS. We can suspend the whole account but it will result in suspend all of the services (Web, Email, MySQL,...) We can also disable only MAIL SERVICE of the specific user using blockdomains file for EXIM. Ok! Using blockdomains will work but the user is still able to send email programmatically from CODE inside his website using the DEFAULT EMAIL ACCOUNT of his mail service. How we should disable the DEFAULT EMAIL ACCOUNT as well. I want to avoid any outgoing message from mail domain example.com using available mailbox and either DEFAULT EMAIL ACCOUNT. Could you please give me some solution? Thank you for your kind attention.

  Dear Michael! I already read those topics but they went off-topic and there is no final reply. My final question is how to completely disable a Mail Domain plus its Default account. So client is not able to send email using Default Account via code and using webmail and authenticated users.

  There are no native methods to disable email completely for an account without manual/custom modifications to the Exim configuration. The thread I referenced offers a link in one of the posts to another thread that might offer a solution you are looking for: Block one domain name from sending email I referenced the original thread because it also mentions the open feature request for this.
