    Hello :) You mentioned the "ext" directory, but I believe you are referring to the "etc" directory. Did you create it with the proper name when you manually re-created the directories you referenced? Have you tried deleting and re-creating the email accounts to ensure the passwd and shadow files in the etc directory are populated with the correct data? Thank you.

    Yes, i recreated with the exact name, i have deleted and recreated the email accounts like five times at least and the problem still exist. I have tried to do this: I have sent a mail from my personal email account to the host Default Mail Account, wich in my case is fluitmed@server.domain.com, and works perfectly! the problem is when i tried to send a mail to a created email account in my host. What could be the problem?? Thank you.

    I suggest contacting your web hosting provider for assistance if you do not have root access to the server. They should be able to review the mail logs to determine why the email addresses are not functioning properly. Thank you.
