Restoring an account without a proper backup

A customer of mine is having an issue, his server crashed this morning and the only backup he has available to him is from last week, we did however saved the crashed disks and they seem fine on the home partition and the DB's also seem to be fine. Can I manually restore those accounts to their latest states using only the files?

  Hello :) There are no supported methods of restoring an account from a damaged filesystem. The only supported method is to restore the accounts from the individual cPanel-generated backup files, which include all of the necessary configuration data for the accounts.
