Re: AW-Stats error Hello :) I don't believe the Awstats error is in any way related to your PHP script. Check the ownership of the Apache domlog file that you referenced and let us know the output. EX: stat /usr/local/apache/domlogs/blog.yourdomain.com
Also, you mentioned moving the script to a subdirectory but also creating a new cPanel account. Could you elaborate on this? Thank you.

Re: AW-Stats error Thank you for your response. Please note I am not well versed, OK, at all versed in this. I didn't think at had anything to do with php script either. that was the only file I could find with "config" in it. Part of the error message said to look at the "config" file. Can you inform me of how I might check the ownership of the domlog? Here is all I received regarding the recent fix to our blog: "The reason why the blog failed was due to a mixture of user error, wordpress updates, and cs-cart overwriting .htaccess rewrites. This caused both javascript and css to stop loading. I"ve since modified the entire account to create a new cpanel container (bhfblog) for your future convenience; The database was copied from welldres/public_html/blog/ I am not able to elaborate on this further. I certainly can contact the person that made these changes but would not like to bother him as he is a busy individual. Thank you for your time. Eric

Do you have root access to this system, or do you only have a hosting account with a provider? If you do not have root access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance with the error message you see in Awstats. Thank you.

Permissions are set to 640 on the "/usr/local/apache/domlogs/blog.yourdomain.com"

Make sure the ownership of that file is set to "root:username" (group ownership set to the account username). If the issue continues, feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
