CPU chart

Hi, Trying to understand :confused: the chart a bit better. Looking at CPU usage only. We can see a average of 20 with a max of 100. 0700-0800. How can one tell how long the Max last for? since the max CPU is what slows down the site. How does one explain to client when showing the chart the length of time in relationship to 100 Max? TIA Frank .vB
