cPanel FTPS service

Hi Everyone! In order to improve security I would like to introduce FTPS protocol on the server (I don't mean SFTP here!!). We have RapidSSL certificate, but it is not possible to connect on ports 990 or 21 with TLS or SSL either. I allowed all the ports needed, FTP server is set in cPanel. Thank you!

  Hello :) Do you receive any specific error messages when attempting to use FTPS or does the connection simply fail? Does it work for standard FTP activity? Have you tried with multiple FTP clients, and ensured you have no firewall rules blocking access? Thank you.
